Cloud Cake (Low-Carb Dessert)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 360°F (182°C).

  2. Line a 22 cm cake pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, add the powdered erythritol and softened butter.

  4. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  5. Add the eggs gradually, mixing well after each addition.

  6. In another bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking powder, almond flour, and a pinch of salt.

  7. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.

  8. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the yogurt.

  9. Mix until everything is well combined.

  10. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  11. Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

  12. Bake for 35–40 minutes, then insert a toothpick to check doneness.

  13. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
