250ml (1 cup) Cream

50g (1/5 cup) Melted Butter

1 Round Brie

20g (1/4 cup) Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper
How to Make Scalloped Potatoes with Brie
Step 1:
In a small bowl, mix together the cream, melted butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 3:
Place a ramekin in the center of a round cake pan. Pack the potato slices around the ramekin.
Step 4:
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 80 minutes.
Step 5:
Score the surface of the brie with a sharp knife.
Step 6:
Remove the ramekin and replace it with the brie, placing it in the center.
Step 7:
Bake for an additional 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the cheese is gooey and melted.
Step 8:
Serve immediately while the brie is still warm and gooey.
