Homemade dessert in 5 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and strained orange juice.

  2. Add the milk, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar (or extract) to the mixture.

  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly.
Do not let it boil—just heat it enough to activate the cornstarch.

  4. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and ricotta, mashing well until you get a smooth texture.

  5. Add the whipped cream and beat with a mixer until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes airy.

  6. Gently fold the cooled orange cream into the whipped mixture, stirring carefully to maintain the light texture.

  7. Spoon into individual cups or a serving dish and finish with lemon or orange zest, cinnamon, or cocoa powder—whichever you prefer.

  8. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes for extra freshness.

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of sugar or condensed milk to your taste.

  • For an extra special flavor, add citrus fruit pieces or a touch of grated coconut.
