Instructions:

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes.
- Drain and pat the cauliflower dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

Roast the cauliflower:
- Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cauliflower begins to turn golden.

Prepare the egg mixture:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, black pepper, and a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese.

Assemble the dish:
- Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
- Add more grated Parmesan cheese and tear the mozzarella into small pieces, sprinkling it over the top.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for extra flavor and color.
