  • 4 ripe bananas (preferably firm, not overripe)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings:
  • Grated coconut
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
  • A drizzle of melted chocolate or peanut butter

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Prepare the Bananas:
    • Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform pieces about 1-inch thick.
    • Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in a steaming basket or a heatproof dish.
  2. Seasoning (Optional):
    • Sprinkle the banana slices lightly with cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.

  3. Steam the Bananas:
