This chicken salad is truly the tastiest I’ve ever had! It makes for a delightful croissant filling that makes waiting for dinner feel impossible when you already know what’s in your lunchbox.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup of seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
