How to Make Chicken Casserole for Your Guests

  1. In a large pot on the stove, add the chicken broth, minced garlic and onion.
  2. Add the chicken to the mixture and let it boil.
  3. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cover. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the broth and tear into small pieces. Set aside, reserving the broth for later.
  5. Melt the butter and pour it over the stuffing in a bowl. Mix in a large saucepan.
  6. Blend the sour cream and chicken broth together using a hand blender, then stir in the chicken soup.
  7. Place the stuffing in the bottom of a baking dish, then add the chicken on top.
  8. Then add the broccoli on top of the chicken.
  9. Pour the soup mixture over the dish and sprinkle the remaining stuffing on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
