How to Make Chicken Casserole for Your Guests
- In a large pot on the stove, add the chicken broth, minced garlic and onion.
- Add the chicken to the mixture and let it boil.
- Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cover. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the broth and tear into small pieces. Set aside, reserving the broth for later.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the stuffing in a bowl. Mix in a large saucepan.
- Blend the sour cream and chicken broth together using a hand blender, then stir in the chicken soup.
- Place the stuffing in the bottom of a baking dish, then add the chicken on top.
- Then add the broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Pour the soup mixture over the dish and sprinkle the remaining stuffing on top.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
